It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the website of the Pakistan Future Leaders’ Conference (PFLC) 2013. For the fourth year running, the Conference will bring together students and alumni from all over the UK in the hallowed halls of the University of Oxford to stimulate discussion and partake in Oxford’s rich tradition of debate and freedom of speech. With the concerted efforts of all of you, we hope to lay the intellectual grounds for a progressive, more democratic Pakistan.
